Here at the IMPACT Network we have a dream: a world in which no one suffers, and no loses a loved one way too soon. We envision a world where everyone enjoys a long, happy, and healthy life. We want to do more than treat disease with cannabinoid medicine, we want to prevent it. Join us in our mission to end suffering from cancer, epilepsy, Alzheimer’s, lupus, autism, and more.
The biggest hurdle to cannabinoid medicine research is funding. As most government and private grants cannot be used to study the benefits of a Schedule 1 drug, researchers cannot perform the studies they want. IMPACT Network partners with scientists, universities, and nonprofits across the world to fund and conduct research on the endocannabinoid system and medical benefits of cannabis.
Donate now to the IMPACT Network via Crowdrise and help support our programs and services and show the world Cannabis Cares for #GivingTuesday. All donations receive a tax-deductible receipt.
ABOUT IMPACT Network:
IMPACT Network is a 501c3 nonprofit Improving Marijuana Policy and Accelerating Cannabinoid Therapeutics based in Denver, Colorado. We differ from other organizations because our focus is researching whole-plant cannabis treatments and protecting the patient’s right to grow. IMPACT supports the families, patients, doctors, caregivers, medical cannabis providers, and nonprofits that understand that access to safe and affordable cannabinoid medicine is a basic human right.
We have a day for giving thanks. We have two for getting deals. Now, we have #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back. On Tuesday, November 29, 2016, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.
It’s a simple idea. Just find a way for your family, your community, your company or your organization to come together to give something more. Then tell everyone you can about how you are giving. Join us and be a part of a global celebration of a new tradition of generosity. Sign up to receive more information and ideas at: http://www.givingtuesday.org/
