With The Cannabis Kitchen Cookbook (Skyhorse Publishing, 2015), Boulder-based author Robyn Griggs Lawrence has assembled the ultimate home cook’s guide to uncovering the joy of gourmet cannabis cooking. Packed with full-color photos by Povy Kendal Atchison, a foreword by Women Grow co-founder Jane West and health-conscious recipes (cocktails too!)—including many that are raw, vegan, vegetarian, Paleo and gluten-free—this enlightening book also features invaluable information about growing, processing and selecting the finest organic cultivars (strains), navigating the new retail environment, determining desired affects and comfort level, and mastering infusions and tinctures.

Since its release, The Cannabis Kitchen Cookbook has earned the distinction of being Amazon’s #1 New Release for both Gourmet Cooking and Herb Spice and Condiment Cooking, made Amazon’s list of its top 20 gourmet cookbooks, and reached #4 on the Denver Post’s Bestseller List (Nonfiction)—demonstrating how the once-underground and little-understood art of cannabis cuisine, as well as cannabis in general, has entered the mainstream.
